Soul Master

Sonnet — An Invocation to The Master #167

I wander like a bodied wraith hollowed out,
Thoughts pass through me like the wind,
The emotions bring deep passioned rout
That sink within my depths without end.

I dwell like an inconspicuous improbable
Like a lay atom bearing a miniature sun,
Sometimes the kindly muse unimaginable
Lifts me to the bright borders of heaven.

I am ambiguity incarnate, angel of cusps,
The shared borderlands are mine home,
Of animal on verge of man, and osmosis
Into man of the God beyond all form.

In my being’s living breathing lab these are
And Thou overseeing all O soul Master.
