Sonnet — An Invocation to The Master #205

Dost Thou hover high above eagle-eyed
Mirroring my perambulations thru time,
Approaching not my form here embodied,
Reluctant to share my human clime.

Much is yet odious in me, time sways
The banners of passion and action,
This irregular parade daily continues
Until arrives Thy will’s conducting baton.

Am I not yet ripe for Thy savouring
Inspite of all these many seasons?
Must fates yet continue kneading,
Snatch pain’s ransom for Thy absence?

Oh be not jaded as the careless gods,
Release me with Thy feet’s deliverance.
