OneNote 2007 on a laptop

I have had Office 12 installed on my machine for a week now. And the thing that am persistently returning too is OneNote 2007.

The little tweaks and changes have made it a much more usable product than OneNote 2003.

The Outlook integration and shared sessions has to be my favorite, amongst others.

But I have this nagging feeling am not using it as I should. Is OneNote at its native best only when used with TabletPC or its ilk? Or is it an accessory thing? I use a run of the mill optical mouse, which is not a perfect thing for writing freeform content.

My question for you, my imaginary reader, is this. Do you use OneNote on a laptop? If so, what accessories have worked for you? Do you juts use your mouse to draw freehand stuff, or is there anything more fancy?
